I didnt notice a change in my hair. The hair and style ended up looking the same as regular shampoo.
Save your money. Nothing special about these products. Signed up for the trial offer and even after i cancelled, I received invoices!
I wanted the product then got a bill for $89.95 and was told it would be 29.95. Let’s just say BIG difference. Just happy they don’t have my credit card number I always use a pay as you go when ordering because of the companies like this!! All of them are not bad but most are..
Hated the shampoo. Left my hair limp and heavy.

I really liked shampoo however do not like the how they forced me to get free vitamins and then tried to charge me for them. I would never give Gunthy Renker my business again…its a scam…too bad for the Wen products they are good.
I LOVE it!! I’ve always used expensive salon products but is by far the best! I’m 52 and have lots of grey but put high and low lights in my hair. I have med course shoulder length hair and wash my hair every other day. I love how creamy the shampoo/conditioner is. I absolutely love the styling conditioner! My husband can’t stop touching it. My hair has never been this soft and manageable. I’m usually a skeptic but I’ll never use another hair product again! Plus it’s chemical free!,
After spending thousands of dollars on salon products, I find Wen shampoo/ conditioning cleanser the best I have ever used. Nothing I have tried comes close. I cannot use products w/ too much protein, it makes my hair extremely brittle. I will never use another shampoo again! I have thick hair, but I dye it every 8 weeks…..Wen is the best. Hands down. The shampoo alone is worth $26.
It is a good product and extremely expensive. My hair falls in huge clumps every time I use it. My husband likes the way my hair looks and feels, so I comply.
If ever you sign up for the try out batch, PLEASE REMEMBER to CANCEL, as soon as you receive the first shipment. They will squeeze every penny out of you, under whatever pretenses.
Normally, when you sign up for products, if for whatever reason you change your mind, you can write on the unopened box, Delined/Refused – Return to sender, and no charges would ever incur. But not with these folks. So BEWARE.

I was skeptical on using wen products, but it is the best product I use on my hair. I found it important to buy the correct mixture for your type of hair.. some are for dry hair, some for fine hair etc. If you have fine, oily hair and you use the product for dry hair, your hair will become more oily.
Was gone to try it but too many negative reviews
Did not realize it was automatic renewal. Called to cancel and they sent product anyway and charged me another 49.00. Sent that back and within two weeks they had charged card another 29.00 even, though they ahd already received the return in the mail. they say it take 4 to 6 weeks to process a return. That’s a lie!!!!!!! I pushed and finally got them to credit account back when i gave them my tracking number for the return. This is a scam if ever I have seen one. Do not order- product no better than over the counter products anyway.

Only plus was that it smelled super good…other than that it made my hair super oily.

Worst stuff ever! Super greasy and matted hair after use! Hate hate hate it!
Have used it for four days and did the re-moisture intensive therapy this morning. I’m not impressed at all. My hair is drier than it was when I started using it. I do not like the pomegrante fragrance at all. It makes your hair smell like dirty clothes. I am sending it all back, including the free items they sent.
I am a user of wen for 3 months now. I, too, when I started using it wasnt sure if I liked it. It seemed to weigh down my hair and did feel a bit tacky at times. I liked the one step process and love the way my hair combs out totally tangle free so I decided to give it a little more time. I wear my hair straight and definitely notice my hair is healthier (less flyaways) and my blonde highlites stay true to color. I omitted the hair balm and deep conditioner. Still not 100% sold on it.

unserious company, I paid the money, several weeks later they do not send the product and i cancel the order they take over one month to return the money to my account
After reading all the reviews, good and bad , it was made clear that Wen is good on blonde and gray hair only. If you had a semi-positive review, chances are you were blonde or old. Chaz Dean didnt do a good job for people with dark hues.
Tried it,not as good as baby shampoo! Don’t waste your money. It’s a money SCAM!
Sally’s have a similar product called hair one and I love it. Cost way less than the Wen. Try it.:-)

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I’m soooo pissed offf!!! just got off the phone with cutomer service, I had to get mad at them to get my money back – if I get it back in the next 5 days-, it’s been more than 60 days and haven’t seen my money so I decided to call again and all of the sudden there was no record in my account that the product was returned (first time I called they said they could see it and it just takes long to get a refund). They told me there’s no way they could know a product was returned-they never send you an email when the product is returned, how convienient for them!. Thank GOD! I had my UPS return reciept with me! if not they would’ve screwd me with 100 bucks! That’s how they r getting rich, SHAME ON THEM!!! (Forgot to mention you also have to pay 15.12 to return it)
I will look into Sally’s products or keep trying other ‘organic’ shampoos. Aubrey’s ‘organic’ works good for me but I wanted to try Wen!!.. I’ve had bad experiences with auto-ship companies in the past so I’ll skip this one. Thanks for the ‘heads-up’!!!!!
Well thanks for all for all of the helpful comments guys! I was sitting down to order this today and I won’t be doing that now. Hate those scammy companies. If it is really that great of a product then it would be sold in stores where people aren’t stuck in a predicament in which they have to keep paying and can’t get outta the deal. Thanks again!!!!

I just tried it today (a friend let me use hers) I absolutely love it! I have fine dry hair, been highlighting for years. Was amazed that I did not need a conditioner to comb through! My split ends are much less visible and my hair is super soft! From reading the reviews, I have come to the conclusion, DO NOT BUY FROM WEBSITE! Order only from eBay or qvc…then u won’t be sucked into continuous product purchases that cant b returned
I believed this to be safe and natural. But the ingredient list has all the ingredients that are know to cause cancer. Dea, sulfate, glycol. Am I misunderstanding?

worst company ever, ordered once and keep getting product. i refuse to pay…lets see if i get any help from these ppl. yeah right…called my bank, need a cancelation number. oh and how fortunate they domt give on! whatever f*** off WEN!

Wen is a great product. It’s just too bad that they chose to market with G. R. – have dealt with them in the past and let’s just say – BAD EXPERIENCE!! Have had to make NUMEROUS calls this time around waiting over a month to receive my products. Different excuse on each of the 4 calls I made in past 3 weeks!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!! Hope it gets better because I love the products!!!

This is my third week with wen. I bought mine on Ebay. No way am doing the auto thing. I will say my hair does feel softer but thats about it. I have big hair and it is some what frizzy but not real bad. I was hoping to get the straight look like the commercials ay you get from Wen. Well WRONG. These people make promises that are not true. I don’t think there is really anything out there that produces a miracle like the say. Will I buy Wen again….well I don’t know, I don’t hate it but I don’t love it either. Itis rather costly, might give one more bottle a try.
I have ordered it a couple times and am still not real sure about the product. When you do use it, make sure to rinse really well. It has made my hair less frizzy but Redken (Real Control) does the same. Stopped my auto shipment and will continue using the rest of the product just not everyday. NOT recommended for everyday use.

By the way ladies, if you are looking for that sweet coconut beachy scent when buying the mango coconut, save yourself the trouble unless you are going for a strange pineapple scent.
Okay, well…this is not for me then. I have fine hair, its in good shape but I wanted to keep it healthier longer. By the sounds of it, I would be probably stressed out more than I would care to be. Because of the ordering hassles and lack of refunds etc. Bad customer service. I have to deal with enough unruly situations and people throughout the week, dont want to add one more. I will stick with my earthly elements shampoo and keep adding my own lavender oil to it. May have to change the oil between rosemary and lavender. This helps ladies.
If you want to try wen but find it expensive try salon grafix conditioning cleanser it is practically the same product but really affordable and you can find it at your local drug or grocery store.
